Free Online Courses

Goodwill offers free online courses in key skills that are needed to earn a living in the emerging global economy. The top choices for the more than 34 million online learners include English, Excel, Word, basic math, computer and everyday life skills, These online channels have more than 1,000 lessons, videos and interactive activities that are responsive to a variety of learning styles.​ Start your free online course now!

Job Training Services

Job training services allow individuals to engage in skill attainment sessions on a short-term basis. These vocational and career training programs allow clients to identify interests and learn new skills to prepare for the workforce.

Employment Services

We serve individuals with specific employment needs on an individualized level. Individuals have the option to participate in one, or all, of the components. 

JOB TRAINING SERVICES

Employment Counseling


Staff will collaborate with participants to assess current situation, create an individualized employment plan, establish case management, and receive referrals for support services.




Job Application Assistance


Staff to provide feedback on the way the job seeker completes an application. The job seeker will be able to use this completed, critiqued application to complete future paper and online job applications. This document will also be used as a starting point to create a resume.




Resume Assistance


Job seekers will meet with a staff member to create a new resume or to have a current resume reviewed. Resume printing services are available.




Interview Preparation


Job seekers will be provided with the most common interview questions in order to prepare for an interview. Individuals will have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with staff and participate in an interactive online interview learning course through www.s2sacademy.org. If interview or employment attire is needed, staff will assist with personal shopping to ensure clothing is appropriate for the interview/meets employment dress code. If an individual is unable to obtain these items, mission money is available for use.
