Our 2nd Annual Gala for Good Co-Chairs are long time friends of Goodwill, Elizabeth and Tom Small. Through their work, they are committed to improving education and employment opportunities in our community.

Elizabeth has been a member of the Goodwill Board of Directors since 2021 and currently serves as Vice-Chair. In her role as the Director of Business Networks at UA Little Rock and the Instructor of Real Estate Development in the School of Business Economics/Finance Department, she identifies business partnership opportunities, designs continuing education business programs, and develops public presentations highlighting the work of university faculty, students, and graduates. Elizabeth has 32 years of experience in the real estate development, management, and commercial construction industries. She has served on the Alumni Board of Governors, including a term as chair of the board. She has played an active role in civic leadership, serving as president of the Rotary Club of Little Rock, the largest chapter in the state, and as chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Tom Small has 40 years of experience in real estate and finance. Having retired from Bank OZK as a Senior Appraisal Services Officer, he is currently a business advisor at Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business where he provides guidance for small business owners as part of the Goldman Sachs Babson College program.
