We hosted our inaugural Gala for Good event to celebrate the spirit of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas. It was a phenomenal evening with almost 600 attendees who showed up for a great evening of food, drinks and entertainment, and also learned about the services that Goodwill provides to the state.

The award winners shared their experience and personal stories of triumph as a result of the mission services of Goodwill. And Troy Wells, president and CEO of Baptist Health, was recognized as the first-ever recipient of the Spirit of Goodwill Award. Jay Chesshir, president and CEO of the Little Rock Regional Chamber gave his keynote address and said, “it’s time for us all to support Goodwill and what they are doing for our state.” More than $190,000 was raised to support our mission services.

We are so grateful for all our sponsors, especially Bank OZK who was our Diamond Sponsor, donors, in-kind donors, friends and employees of Goodwill that came to celebrate all the “good” we do.
