This training gives you the skills to build an effective culture of safety within your organization. CPI Verbal Intervention Training is a safe, nonharmful behavior management system designed to help professionals in any setting provide the best possible Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of individuals presenting a range of crisis behaviors.

The focus of this program is to build the knowledge and skills you need to recognize and manage crisis behaviors you may encounter in your workplace. As you manage these behaviors, you will begin to establish a common philosophy and a culture of safety for your organization.

CPI Verbal Intervention is a Blended course, it consists of online self-paced modules and an instructor led session.
