The Work Adjustment Training Program works with Arkansas consumers to create a specialized vocational development strategy.  Each person works on specific paid work assignments daily with the supportive staff, committed to helping each person reach their goals.  Along with work experience, consumers gain social and professional skills that are all part of a work readiness action plan.
