1. Call and make an appointment
Trained and certified volunteers will be preparing FREE returns, by appointment only, at the Goodwill Resource Center (GRC) for individuals making less than $54,000 annually. Tax preparers can help ensure that you claim necessary credits, such as Earned Income Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, etc., so that you are maximizing your refund. If you would like to schedule an appointment at the GRC, please call the Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC) at (501) 320-1908. 2. Visit a VITA site near you
If you do not live in the Greater Little Rock Area, you can find a free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site near you by visiting irs.treasury.gov/freetaxprep.
3. File online

WHAT YOU NEED TO FILE ONLINE:
1. To e-file your 2016 tax return or other electronic forms, you must verify your identity with your Self-Select PIN or Adjusted Gross Income from your 2015 tax return. If you don't have this information from your 2015 tax return, click here to get an electronic filing PIN.
3. If you have any questions about your MyFreeTaxes return, certified tax coaches can help! Simply call (855) 698-9435, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Questions are answered in the order that they are received.
