Our rehabilitation services assist each individual in identifying his or her vocational strengths and interests. Our staff also assist our consumers determine what supports are needed for them to be success in their individual career path.

The purpose of the Assessment program is to identify areas of vocation strengths and to develop a comprehensive picture of the individual and his or her needs.
Goodwill Works is a program that is designed to give participants the tools needed to find a job and keep a job by focusing on soft skills training.
The Work Adjustment Training Program works with Arkansas consumers to create a specialized vocational development strategy.
The purpose of the Extended Services program is to provide additional training to individuals who appear to be employable and who are presently in need of continued services to reach their maximum potential.
Goodwill's Career Services Centers offer free, personalized services to aid in your job search. Services include: resume-writing assistance, skills assessment, career counseling, access to computers and high-speed internet, help with interviewing skills and placement services.
