Job placement assistance is available at any time during the training and development programs at Goodwill.  Each week classes are conducted, which are designed to enhance a person’s job seeking and job retention skills.  The skills learned in these classes are then to be applied in the on-the-job training opportunities provided by Goodwill.

Goodwill staff are required to stay informed about employer needs and labor market trends, connected with state and federal agencies about labor issues, and available to consumers and other organizations to ensure that our services are performance based and outcome driven.  Goodwill staff uses this information to develop individualized employment plans and training services as well as offer on-going support and guidance through various placement opportunities, including but not limited to:

On-The-Job Training
Supported Employment
Direct Placement
Ticket to Work
Career Pathways Resources
