Benefits

Our comprehensive benefits are part of a total compensation package that helps you today and helps you plan actively for tomorrow.

For your needs today, we offer medical plans, including prescription drug coverage, dental, long-term disability, EAP (employee assistance program), life insurance, vacation/sick/holiday pay. Some of these programs are 100 percent paid by Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

To help you plan for your future, we offer an opportunity for you to save through a 403(b) retirement savings plan.

All regular full time employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Some limited benefits are available to employees that work less than 32 hours per week.
