Ticket to Work
If you have a disability, Goodwill Industries of Arkansas wants you to know you do have options about going back to work.
Ticket to Work is a Social Security Administration (SSA) initiative to provide incentives to work for people with disabilities without risk of loss of their benefits. Its goal is to increase the choices of social security beneficiaries with disabilities in obtaining employment and related services.
The Ticket to Work Program provides participants a “ticket” from the SSA office to obtain services from an employment network. Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is approved by SSA to help you with employment readiness, job searching and job placement.
How to use your Ticket
You use your Ticket by assigning it to an Employment Network (EN) like Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, who will work one-on-one with you to help you go back to work.
What can Goodwill provide you?
At Goodwill, we don’t want to just help you find a job; we want to help you find your future. We believe that being active in the work force provides more than a paycheck – it builds confidence.
