Goodwill has been providing career training and employment services to people in Arkansas since 1927. Goodwill offers a wide range of training classes, case management, and career services all designed to help interested individuals, including those with disabilities and other disadvantages, find employment, improve their skill set, or change career paths.

Goodwill's Career Services Centers offer free, personalized services to aid in your job search. Services include: resume-writing assistance, skills assessment, career counseling, access to computers and high-speed internet, help with interviewing skills and placement services.
Goodwill’s free job search and referral program designed to assist anyone in search of a job that fits individual needs and abilities. Our Employment Specialists can work with job seekers to identify work skills, experience, and interest in order to provide job leads in the community based on those strengths.
Goodwill’s Supported Employment Program is available for individuals with a disability who would like individualized assistance with preparing for, finding, and keeping a job.
The Adult Development/Work Activity program of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. provides services to adults who are developmentally disabled and who are in need of a structured daily program.

The Ticket to Work Program is a nationwide initiative of the Social Security Administration designed to give disability beneficiaries who receive SSi or SSDI the opportunity to achieve steady, long-term employment by providing them greater choice and opportunities to go to work.
