The manager’s of Railcrew Xpress will be at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas' headquarters on Feb. 23, 2010 for a hiring session.  They are looking for 15 people to hire in the area of transportation for Union Pacific Railroad crews.  The session will start at 10:00 a.m. and hiring will take place at the event.  The qualifications are as follows:

1.       No Education Requirement

2.       Must be over 25 years of age

3.       Clean Driving record

4.       Must be able to pass a background check (Goes back 10 years)

5.       Drug testing will take place on-site.

The job pays $7.25 / hr.  After 90 days there is a $100 bonus.  After that, every 3 months there is potential for an additional bonus of up to $300.  Retired people and people with disabilities qualify if they can meet the physical requirements.
