Help a Teen Succeed. Become a GoodGuides Mentor Today!

The Goodwill GoodGuides Mentoring Program envisions a community in which all youth experience nurturing adult relationships and community support, allowing them to reach their full potential, capable of making informed, responsible decisions as productive members of society.

You could have a huge positive impact on a teen’s life by volunteering just a few hours each month as a mentor. Let us connect you with a young person who could benefit from your attention and guidance. Both adult and peers mentors (16 or older) are needed.

What is GoodGuides?

The GoodGuides Youth Mentoring Program matches committed, caring and supportive adults with youth ages 12-17, to empower them to make positive choices and enable them to maximize their current and future potential. Mentors are available to listen, support and guide their mentees while participating in educational, recreational and group activities.

What is a Mentor?

A mentor is a caring and responsible adult who would like to be a friend and role model to a young person. A mentor listens, supports and guides a young person over a specific period of time, usually at least a year. They are people who want to be a part of the solution.
